1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CSVQBO at csvqbo.com (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CSVQBO converts CSV and Excel bank and credit-card statement exports into QBO (QuickBooks Web Connect) files and other supported formats for use with QuickBooks Online and Desktop. The service performs automatic column mapping and date-format handling so you can import transactions without manual entry. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Files and Content

The service lets you upload statement files for conversion. By uploading content you:

  • Grant us a limited license to process that content solely to perform the conversion you request and to provide the service to you
  • Represent that you own or have the right to use the content and that processing it does not violate any third party's rights

We do not claim ownership of your statement data. Uploaded files and converted output are deleted automatically after processing, except where your plan provides a conversion history, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy and Verification

CSVQBO automates conversion, but you remain responsible for reviewing the output before importing it into QuickBooks or relying on it for accounting, tax, or any other purpose. Statement formats vary widely, and you should confirm that balances and transactions reconcile after import.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the service are offered on a subscription basis, billed in advance monthly or yearly according to the plan you select. We may change subscription fees on reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSVQBO and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the service
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in converted output
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CSVQBO is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
